Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-2095 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Block H, Lot 601, IBIS COVE, Phase One-A, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 46, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being a replat of Ibis Cove, Phase One, according to the Plat in Plat Book 35, Pages 52 through 58, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
