NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58 2010 CA 008245 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT,INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-27 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-27 is the Plaintiff and NIKOLAY ROZANOV; CHATWICK COURT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; CHOICE PLUS LLC; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; KRASSIMIRA G. ROZANOVA;UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MICHAEL MILEY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, CHATWICK COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
