Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the entry of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I of the Complaint and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale as to Count I of Plaintiff's Complaint, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and is described as follows:
Condominium Unit “B” of OLD PALM HARBOR VILLAGE UNIT 4, a Condominium, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 148, Page 24, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 15656, Page 1287, as amended, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on February 25, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
