NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 21 day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-009219, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-1 TRUST is the Plaintiff and FRANK PORTELLO, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, ALEXANDRA T. ESTEVEZ, JOSE L. ESTEVEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LANA PORTELLO A/K/A LANA OSIPOVA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK PORTELLO and LANA PORTELLO A/K/A LANA OSIPOVA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 1736, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 44, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 104-112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
