Robinson; Namasco Corporation; Gibson's Quailty Truck Service; Justine Healan; John Doe N/K/A Tracy F. Woods ; and Jane Doe N/K/A Sherry L. Woods , are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 23, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50 AND 51, BLOCK 2618, UNIT 38, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 87 THROUGH 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
