NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 6, 2012, in Case No. 2012-CA-00237 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Provident Funding Associates, L.P., is Plaintiff, and James Bucenell, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3-18064, THE VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15349, Page 568, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
