RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001216 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JIMMY L. CHARLTON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
All the following described property, situate, lying and being in Sarasota County, Florida, township-wit: Begin at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, thence North 270.00 feet; thence West and parallel of the Section line 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning: continue same course West 100.00 feet; thence South and parallel to section line 100.00 feet; thence East 100.00 feet; thence North 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being in Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
