and commonly known as: 7009 SILVERMILL DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33635; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 16, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
