HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and PHILIP A. SAMPIERE JR.; MICHELLE SAMPIERE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JANUARY 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
