NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002755-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Ralf L. Bzura are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on January 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LYING WESTERLY OF THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE EXISTING COUNTY ROAD: THE SOUTH 91.20 FEET OF THE NORTH 638.40 FEET OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2 IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A PARCEL FRONTING 100 FEET ON THE GULF OF MEXICO AND RUNNING FROM SAID GULF OF MEXICO TO LEMON BAY, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1127, PAGE 1940, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO THAT PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 5 FEET OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR A WALKING EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS RUNNING FROM THE COUNTY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO AS RESERVED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2422, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
