Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 31, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT 16525, OF THE PROMENADE AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16467, PAGE 202, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 16525 ENCLAVE VILLAGE DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 16, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
