NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000952, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and GAETANO DONADIO; MELISSA DONADIO; SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 16 OF SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE(S) 37 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
