NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-016199, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and MOHAMMED M. HOQUE; HASNA BANU; MORNING STAR MOBILE HOME PARK, LLC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ANA PEREZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the _1st_ day of _February_, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT OR FARM TRACT 278, MAP OF RUSKIN COLONY FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE DRAINAGE DITCH RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH BEING THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN THE WEST 1/2 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF SAID LOT OF FARM LOT. LESS THE EAST 10 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
