NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 032551, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N. A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N. A., AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2 is the Plaintiff and VERONICA J. COX A/K/A VERONICA JEAN COX FKA VERONICA JEAN BROOKS; HEATHER LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; MONICA R. COX A/K/A MONICA COX A/K/A MONICA RENEE COX; ROBERT DAVID COX A/K/A ROBERT D. COX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MONICA R. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
