NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-001021, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and BRYAN WILSON A/K/A BRYAN E. WILSON; BLACKSTONE AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE KB HOME LOANS,A COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES,LLC SERIES; JEANETTE WILSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
