NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-002715, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and SHEILA KAY IVEY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 24th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHERLY 13 FEET OF LOT 2 AND ALL OF LOT 3, BLOCK 2, OF BEULAH T.C. HALL'S SUBDN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
