NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 5, 2012, and entered in Case# 51-2009-CA-003010WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, is the Plaintiff and LEONARD O'TOOLE; CHRISTINE O'TOOLE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) NKA MARY MAY are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 672, REGENCY PARK UNIT FOUR. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 14 AND 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
