NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2012, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 51-2010-CA-009183-WS, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 20 of TANGLEWOOD EAST UNIT ONE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 145 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
