NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-003181WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for Reverse Mortgage Loan Trust 2008-1, Plaintiff and SHARON SCHAFER, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM , JANUARY 28, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
