LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 84, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AS PER PLAT OF THE TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5719 13TH STREET, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33542; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 24, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
