NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-005724-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Gail R. Cruff a/k/a Gail Rae Ducatte are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK F, CHAPEL PINES PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
