NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-005197-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Joseph Conover and Patricia Conover,Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 102, WINDWARD COVE CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1010, PAGE 44, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 47-49, AND RE-RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 148-150, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN BOAT SLIP NO. 11 PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8-D OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDWARD COVE CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
