NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-4331 ES/J1 UCN: 512011CA004331XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and THOMAS FAUGHT A/K/A THOMAS E. FAUGHT A/K/A THOMAS E. FAUGHT, II; TIMBERLY L. FAUGHT; HOLIDAY TRUST, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAULA S O'NEIL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com County, Florida, 11:00 a.m. on the 7 day of Feb, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF LOT 30, BLOCK 2, THE HOLIDAY CLUB, UNIT 1, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 30; RUN THENCE N 00°04'55” W, ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 30 A DISTANCE OF 10.00 FEET; THENCE S 80°59'30” E, A DISTANCE OF 63.30 FEET TO POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 30; THENCE S 89°55'05” W, ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY A DISTANCE OF 62.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
