NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-006427-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS H. WAHAB; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS H. WAHAB; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 28th day of January, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 197, A MAP OF THE TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
