NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-003635-XXXX-ES/J1, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FNBN I, LLC is Plaintiff and SALVADOR MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALVADOR MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 1: THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE WEST 120.00 FEET OF THAT PART OF TRACT 5, LYING WEST OF STATE ROAD NO. 35, ALSO KNOWN AS U.S. HIGHWAY 301, SAID TRACT 5 BEING A PART OF A SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, WHICH SAID TRACT 5 IS NUMBERED, DESCRIBED AND DESIGNATED ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS SAID PLAT APPEARS OF RECORD AS AN EXHIBIT TO A FINAL DECREE OF PARTITION WHICH IS RECORDED IN CHANCERY ORDER BOOK 11, PAGES 467 THROUGH 469, SAID PLAT BEING RECORDED IN CHANCERY ORDER BOOK 11, PAGE 469, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
