NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005769WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12 is Plaintiff and TANIA I. MEDINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TANIA I. MEDINA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES, L.L.C; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, PARK LAKE ESTATES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 111 AND 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
