THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 401, MAGDALENE COURT, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4329, PAGE 265, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALSO KNOWN AS UNIT 401, BUILDING 4, MAGDALENE COURT, PHASE III.
