BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF RUN EAST 154.09 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 01°45'27'' EAST 164.63 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 37, THENCE RUN WEST 146.95 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 04°14'16'' WEST 165 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
