NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12-17-12 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-001634, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LAKESHORE RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ALAN J. MINCHEFF and WENDY L. MINCHEFF, and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as successor by merger to WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 8 day of February, 2013, at 10 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 48, Block C, LAKESHORE RANCH PHASE 11B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 9, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
