NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012 entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009810 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is the Plaintiff and William Curtis Butler; Unknown Spouse of William Curtis Butler; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 5th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 & 11, OF LAKE SAPPHIRE VILLAGE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH 1993 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME; VIN NUMBERS: CL13722A AND CL13722B.
