NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-007655-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL J. GRAHAM, III; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; TRINITY EAST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; TRINITY COMMUNITIES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 02/04/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
