Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 15, ALL OF LOT 16 AND THE NORTH ½ OF LOT 17 AND THE NORTH ½ OF LOT 20, BLOCK 2, OF PALM-RIVER-PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID NORTH ½ OF LOT 20 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 20, RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 50.65 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 20, THENCE SOUTH 78.72 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 20, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 50.65 FEET PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 20 TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 20 AT A POINT 78.72 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 20, THENCE NORTH 78.72 FEET ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 20 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2805 Leslie Road, Tampa, FL 33619, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on MARCH 5, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
