NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 5, 2012, and entered in Case# 11-CA-008371 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN D. KOGER; BRANDI L. KOGER; OAKDALE RIVERVIEW ESTATES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 126, BLOCK 1, OAKDALE RIVERVIEW ESTATES, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
