NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 5, 2012, in Case No. 10-CA-001337 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, successor by merger to Amsouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Robert J. Russell, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of January, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. the judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, HANSEN MANOR TOWNHOMES, according to the Map or Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
