NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11006870CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE1, is the Plaintiff and DONALD J. COVENTRY; MARIE A. COVENTRY; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JANUARY 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 110 FEET OF LOT 28, GRAND VIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
