NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-003126 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR81, is the Plaintiff and MARCOS HERNANDEZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A OSCAR ALICEA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ELOUISA ALICEA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 2:00PM, on 01/30/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
