NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of December 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-005044-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and MANUEL STAGG, BANK OF AMERICA, SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MANUEL L. STAGG, LINA MARCELA STAGG and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of January 2013 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 5 OF SEVEN OAKS PARCEL S-17D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES (S) 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 2413 SILVERMOSS DR, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
