NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of December 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-003382-ES J1, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4 is the Plaintiff and JAIRO DIAZ, JANIS DIAZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of January 2013 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 7, MEADOW POINTE VI PARCEL “M”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 21 THROUGH 29, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
