NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of December 2012 and entered in Case No. 512010CA7971 WS SEC J2, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LEOPOLDO TURCO, JASMINE LAKES COMMUNITY & CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., JASMINE LAKES COMMUNITY CLUB, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A LAURA BYRNES, and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of January 2013 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1270, JASMINE LAKES UNIT 7-D, SAID LOT UNIT AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 14 AT PAGES 31 AND 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
