NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 4, 2012, and entered in Case# 51-2011-CA-004014-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER HUTCHINS; JESSICA HUTCHINS; LAKE BERNADETTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 2, ENGLEWOOD PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
