NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-007172, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC1, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM N. WALL N/K/A WILLIAM M. WALL; JENNIFER P. WALL; PALMA CEIA PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 206, IN BUILDING A, OF PALMA CEIA PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3743, AT PAGE 563; AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM RECORD BOOK 3, AT PAGE 24, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
