NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-008721, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and ARTURO MEYBERG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTURO MEYBERG N/K/A MARTHA MEYBERG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; CITY OF TAMPA; JANE DOE N/K/A MARIA CONTRERAS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 15, IN BLOCK 7, OF SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION TO TAMPA, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF A VACATED ALLEY WHICH LIES NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 16, EXTENDED IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION AND SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SAID LOT 15, IF EXTENDED IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
