NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-011278 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Dustin R. Ruud a/k/a Dustin Ruud are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 84 AND 84A, B EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CLUSTER HOMES UNITS FOUR B, C AND D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 8 THROUGH 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
