Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Condominium Unit No. B-8 in Cypress Commerce Park I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in the Official Records Book 16691, Page(s) 0685 - 0778, all attachments and amendments thereto, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as stated in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the above condominium unit
