M of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee, on Behalf of the Holders of the HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1 Plaintiff and LAKISHA M RIVERA, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, at10:00 AM, January 23, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
