NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001184CICI-07, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and ANTOINETTE S. PALKA; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; OAKLEAF VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, BLOCK C , OAKLEAF VILLAGE UNIT THREE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 42 AND 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
