NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-013546 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE KILELA HOLDING TRUST DATED NOV 7, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE KILELA HOLDING TRUST DATED NOV 7, 2007; CHERYL E. HIRSCH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; BEACHWALK AT TAMPA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A NICOLE BISSETT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BRICE JENKINS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/29/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
