NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09007604CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and DOUGLAS WETHERILL A/K/A DOUGLAS P. WETHERILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS WETHERILL A/K/A DOUGLAS P. WETHERILL N/K/A DONNA WETHERILL; SEAN MCMANAMON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN MCMANAMON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A ROBERT KONOPLECK, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK A, OF SPRING RUN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, AT PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
