NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-015752 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LASZLO NAGY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LASZLO NAGY N/K/A KRISZTINA BOLYO; BERNADETTE NAGY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERNADETTE NAGY N/K/A ROBERT BAN; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
