MACKSOUD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH A. MACKSOUD N/K/A “JANE DOE”; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAYBROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
